How to interpret a record
Look for repeated timing and context, not one coincidence. A record can show that symptoms follow large portions, constipation, rapid meals, sugar alcohols, menstrual changes, or a medicine change. It cannot prove allergy, intolerance, IBS, infection, “dysbiosis,” or another diagnosis.
