Noodles & Company publishes separate regular-size Creamy Cheddar Mac, Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac and Pulled Pork BBQ Mac totals. Use those named rows if you are choosing among them. They are not verified equations for plain mac plus a standard meat portion.
Three recipes with different profiles
Creamy Cheddar Mac lists 1,050 kcal and 46 g protein. Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac lists 1,380 kcal and 70 g. Pulled Pork BBQ Mac lists 1,240 kcal and 63 g. Their carbohydrate and fat totals differ too, as the table shows.
Buffalo Chicken Ranch is 330 kcal and 24 g protein above Creamy Cheddar. Its sodium is 3,450 versus 1,910 mg: a 1,540 mg difference. That gap cannot be assigned entirely to chicken because ranch, sauce and the rest of the assembly are part of the named build.
An addition is not automatically a substitution
Ordering extra protein on a base dish creates another calculation requiring the exact extra portion. It does not automatically create one of these named recipes. Similarly, removing a topping cannot be calculated from unrelated complete-dish differences.
Compare the relevant whole order
If a minimum protein amount is your filter, check it alongside the full energy and sodium rather than assuming the largest protein number settles the choice. These are regular servings, not small or Duo entries, and extra sides or drinks remain separate. The table describes three selected recipes rather than all ways to order macaroni.
