How to read this comparison

Per serving shows what the manufacturer defines on the package. Per 100 calories compares nutrient density when calorie amounts are equal. Neither view tells you the whole quality of a food or how much you personally should eat.

The Daily Values used here are the current U.S. label reference values for adults and children age 4 or older: 28 g fiber, 50 g added sugars, and 2,300 mg sodium. Daily Values are general label references, not individual prescriptions.
