Compare protein in tracked meat-free orders

Compare protein, calories and fiber in tracked meat-free bowls, salads and breakfast foods, with ingredient and source limitations.

In this guide

A meat-free order can be a sofritas bowl, a vegetable salad or an egg-and-cheese breakfast. Their protein totals differ. In these eight tracked orders, the Sofritas Bowl and Falafel Crunch bowl each contain 24 g protein; the whole Panera Greek Salad contains 8 g.

Compare the named builds

This is a comparison of orders already marked meat-free in GetMacros’ ingredient notes. Nutrition was inspected separately from dietary classification. The numbers do not certify a recipe as vegan, allergy-safe or free from shared-equipment contact.

Vegetarian is not the same as plant-based

The Starbucks wrap and egg bites contain egg and dairy, while Panera’s Greek Salad includes dairy. They are not substitutes for a no-animal-ingredients preference. The Chipotle Sofritas and Veggie rows describe specific rice, bean and vegetable builds with no cheese or sour cream counted; adding either changes that description and the totals.

The Veggie Bowl includes guacamole, while the Sofritas Bowl includes sofritas and corn salsa. Their equal 620-calorie totals do not mean the recipes are the same: the Sofritas build has 9 g more protein. Do not attribute that difference entirely to one ingredient without checking every component.

Check the finished order

Use the restaurant’s current ingredient and allergen information before ordering for a dietary restriction. Dressings, toppings and local recipe changes matter. GetMacros’ preference filter is a useful starting point for discovery; it is not an assurance from the restaurant.

Browse the existing meat-free preference. The live finder covers more tracked orders than this source-audited shortlist.

Sources and date boundaries

These are selected U.S. portions, not a complete menu survey. Extra drinks, sides and sauce packets are excluded unless named. Published portions can differ from the food actually served. Chipotle ingredient sums use its October 2024 printed U.S. table, inspected October 3, 2026; retrieval does not make that an October 2026 menu edition. The CAVA figures come from the accessible official April-2025-named document. Its printed date and current menu linkage could not be established. Starbucks values were inspected in indexed text from its official nutrition pages; direct retrieval returned a script shell rather than a rendered nutrition table. Panera’s inspected guide is effective September 2, 2026.
