Chick-fil-A Balanced Meals and Macros

A lean entrée can become a larger meal through fries, dressing and sauce. That can be appropriate—just compare the complete order rather than marketing labels.

Build for the goal

  • Higher protein: grilled nuggets plus fruit or another side create a flexible meal.
  • More fibre: choose fruit or a salad and check whether dressing and toppings are included in the displayed number.
  • Lower sodium: sauces, dressings, cheese and entrée seasoning add up; “grilled” does not mean low sodium.
  • Vegetarian: options are limited and often contain egg or dairy; verify ingredients.
  • Gluten-aware: ingredient lists and preparation practices must both be checked. Shared kitchens prevent a universal celiac-safe claim.

Count the sauce you use

A packet offered with the entrée is usually a separate item. Compare sauce nutrition and use the amount that gives the flavour you want.
