What else changes?

The Panera salad has 2,620 mg sodium compared with Sweetgreen’s 1,560 mg: a difference of 1,060 mg for the named orders. Sweetgreen’s salad contains 12 g fiber versus 4 g, while Panera’s has 47 g fat versus 32 g. The recipes differ in multiple ingredients; we have not attributed every difference to the dressing or chicken.

The Sweetgreen source gives a 635 g standard serving. Panera identifies a whole salad. Those labels are retained rather than implying equal weights. Neither row includes an extra side, bakery item or drink.

Why the half salad is not substituted here

Panera’s half Green Goddess Cobb with Chicken is a useful separate option, but replacing a whole Caesar with a half Cobb would change both the recipe and the serving size. This comparison answers the narrower question of two whole named salads.

If you want dressing on the side or a different topping, ask for the supported nutrition of that specific change. A standard-total table cannot verify an improvised subtraction. See the tracked Sweetgreen orders and the tracked Panera portions.
